Michel Chabran, who came to the world in Tournon, where the poet Mallarmé taught English, is a chef who belongs to a generation that likes to harmonize tradition and modernity, drawing generously on the riches of its land, to which he will remain faithful for the rest of his life. Thus its garden is there, at the confluence of the Rhône and the Isère, under an ideal temperate climate, in Pont-de-l'Isère on the RN7.

He learned to cook with his mother and grandmother, between vineyard and river, and under the cherry trees of the property. Chabran has the face of what he loves: the unique taste, the mouth is greedy, the knowing eye, the clever gesture, and also, it is a sign, the secret voice when he tells his latest recipes. His cuisine has a flavor like no other, the flavor of Chef Chabran. Over the years, he transformed the small family café into a prestigious Michelin-starred restaurant, appreciated by crowned heads as celebrities of cinema and showbiz some staying in hotels.
