KITCHEN HELPER / COOK (M/F)

Under the responsibility of the Head of Party, you carry out the preparations for the post upstream.

Mission
Under the supervision of the Chef de cuisine and/or the Chef de partie, your main duties will be to :

  • Carry out the set-ups entrusted by the chef necessary for the preparation of the dishes
  • Participate in the preparation of dishes and dishes
  • Participate in the maintenance of the kitchen station and ancillary premises
  • Apply health and safety rules

Profile

  • You have a CAP / BAC PRO or can prove an equivalent level.
  • You have a successful and significant experience of at least 1 to 2 years in a similar position or as a kitchen apprentice in a restaurant of the same level.
  • You are passionate about gastronomic dining and have a strong ability to learn.
  • Rigour, perfectionism and attention to detail are the main qualities necessary for success in this position.

PART LEADER (M/F)

Post
You coordinate the manufacturing activities and the shipment of products from your party in order to participate in the quality assurance of the service.

Mission
More concretely, you will be led to:

  • Manage and lead the team that works in your part.
  • Guarantee the constant quality of the products manufactured.
  • Contribute to the achievement of objectives in terms of product quality and cost.
  • Apply the health and safety rules and procedures in effect in the restaurant.
  • Relay the leader's communications to your team.
  • Develop your skills through observation, sustained practice and exchanges with your collaborators.
  • Pass on your knowledge to your clerks.

Profile
You have a CAP or BAC PRO or can prove an equivalent level.You have a successful and significant experience of at least 2 years in a similar position or as a Half Party Manager in a restaurant of the same level. As a true passionate person, you master the techniques of culinary production and have a sense of presentation for the decoration of dishes. Rigour, organization and creativity are the qualities necessary for success in this position. You have the ability to manage a small team and pass on your know-how.
